Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Responsibilities** **:** **Deductions & Analysis:** + Monitor and review logistics-related deductions (e.g., shortages, vendor compliance). + Analyze and resolve exceptions in customer payment, collection, credit management, and deduction management. + Validate and track shortage and vendor compliance deductions, follow up on refusals, and identify root causes for claims. + Prepare, submit, and monitor deduction claims; ensure follow-up with customers (AP) for payment recovery. + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (C2C, Customer Alliance, O2I, CDT, CS&L, CDO, CAM, NA supply chain, external parties). **Reporting & KPIs:** + Monitor key performance metrics, measure deduction and reporting process efficiency and quality. + Lead month-end processes: measure against KPIs, prepare commentary, closing presentations, status reports on collections, disputes, and claims, helping to avoid bad debt impacts. **Process Management & Continuous Improvement:** + Recommend and implement strategies for reverse logistics processes. + Participate in and foster continuous improvement (process mapping, scripting, RPA/BOTs, automation). + Supervise design/development of tools, script maintenance, and automate C2C processes. + Implement OCR technologies across C2C. + Serve as a project manager for IT/automation/standardization projects. **Collaboration & Communication:** + Communicate with internal teams (Logistics, Commercial CDTs, CDO, Credit to Cash Local, CDT Finance, Global Process Owner, CBS Europe) and external partners/customers. + Escalate issues to correct stakeholders. + Conduct meetings/calls with AP/customers on deduction statuses. + Support and train others on new technologies and processes. **Governance & Best Practices:** + Document workflows and maintain definition of roles/responsibilities. + Share best practices across regions and streams. + Ensure business process and tool continuity. + Actively participate in FEED Principal Strategy and DE&I initiatives. **Team and Leadership:** + Develop an autonomous team capable of decision-making and problem-solving. + Promote leadership principles and financial priorities in daily work. **Key Skills & Competencies** **:** + Strong analytical skills (deduction analysis, root cause identification, claim validity assessment) + Project management (automation, IT requirements, cross-regional initiatives) + Proactive and continuous improvement mindset (simplification, standardization, automation) + Strong communication and collaboration skills (internal and external stakeholders) + Advanced knowledge of logistics and finance processes (credit, deducations, collections) + Process mapping, scripting, and RPA/BOT experience + Ability to work under pressure with high volume processing + Training and change management capabilities **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
