Make your mark in Client and Broker Engagement Our Client and Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs. How you will create an impact + The role was designed primarily to provide data analytics & research in support of strategy-setting and business development. However, it also has a strong marketing component that would allow you to hone other skill sets, which would be useful in building a career in any field. + The role has three (3) main components, namely: + Data analytics & research, + Relationship management for key producers, and + Planning and execution of events and sponsorships. + You would be a vital member of a dynamic frontline team, as you bring the AIG international brand to the non-life insurance market and become heavily involved in reviewing and creating major growth strategies for the company. What you’ll need to succeed + Because you will be working with data, some prior experience in data analysis work would be an advantage. But if you have a natural talent for learning new tools and set a high standard for accuracy and diligence for yourself, this could be the job for you. + We need someone with very good verbal and written communication skills, as there will be a lot of interaction with producers & clients, and with colleagues from our foreign offices. + You will be working with a highly experienced manager who will provide coaching & mentoring and will work to prepare you for a future career in AIG and in the industry.
