Find whole-person care, dedicated teams and staff, and a wide variety of medical services, all at our hospital in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. **The role you'll contribute:** The Cath Lab Technician, under the supervision of the Cath Lab Director, Interventional Cardiologist, and the licensed RN's and RT's, will provide direct patient care to patients needing a cardiology procedure in a variety of specific patient care activities. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Facilitates a culture of teamwork, cohesiveness, and excellence. + Performs all cardiovascular procedures according to hospital and department policies. + As a technician scrubs in and assists physicians utilizing sterile technique. + Set-up, operates, and maintains equipment and supplies for each procedure. + Holds pressure on arterial and venous sites and applies sterile dressing to puncture site after hemostasis is achieved.
