What will you do?Assist with the initial catering lead responses, sending menus, standard event details, and photos, record keeping, and inventory managementHandle all third-party rentals for groups and manage deposit schedules for booked eventsManage inventory and generate merged documents such as proposals, contracts, and detail for manager reviewAssist with posting banquet revenue, review banquet checks for accuracy, and assist the International Sales Manager with property site visitsWork closely with other departments to coordinate details, special requests, VIP packages, and promotions
