Minimum requirements:
Matric Tertiary qualification in a related field will be advantageous 3 Years’ experience in catering or hospitality management Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Experience with budgeting and cost control Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
