Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 2 position at Sodexo Corporate Services account Fort Collins, Colorado. The position involves overseeing food and heavy catering operations, with a focus on catering management, catering food production, employee engagement, and ensuring food safety and customer service standards are met.
What You'll DoManage a high-volume catering portfolio exceeding $.5M in catering alone, contributing to revenue growth, profit margins, and long-term business opportunities.
Oversee Sodexo resources, recipes, and catering programs, collaborate with clients and customers to design, plan, and deliver catering events, ensuring satisfaction.
Manage daily catering events including food production, inventory, product deliveries, invoicing, and procurement.
Monitor employee performance, delegate tasks, and enforce cost control and deadline adherence.Establish and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring food safety and physical safety protocols are followed.Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and manage the ordering process to ensure the cafes are well-stocked and able to meet production demands without waste.Manage operating costs (labor, inventory, materials) and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget. Identify areas for skill development within the team, design and implement training programs, and support team members' career growth and advancement.
