In this role, you will create exceptional events for guests in our clubs, suites, and other party areas on game and non-game days. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Partner closely with client, guests, and catering staff to produce exceptional events that exceed guest expectations, drive referrals, and build positive brand awarenessPlan, coordinate, and execute all catering events from start to finish and ensure the highest quality of product and service throughoutManage the customer decision and relationship process, negotiate prices and arrangements with clients, draw up contracts, and secure the client's signature and depositCoordinate with operations managers to organize the necessary banquet, kitchen, and service staff and arrangements for each eventDocument and review all records for each catering event and analyze what can be done to improve booking sales; maintain an excellent track record of maintaining budgetary allotments and exceeding guests' expectationsDesign and deliver appropriate catering menus by collaborating with clients and chefs

More about youMinimum three to five years of high-volume catering experience in a ballpark, arena, hotel or other large venue is requiredMinimum three years of previous management experience in catering and eventsExperience in inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasingExcellent customer service orientation, communication, data analysis, and organizational skillsAbility to work event hours, including some holidays, weekends, and eveningsBachelor's degree in hospitality management or related preferredWho we are
