Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a Catering Manager to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Catering Manager, you will partner with the Food and Beverage managers to ensure all hospitality operations at Bridgestone Arena run efficiently to create memorable experiences for guests.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Lead training, scheduling, and supervising of team members from the catering departmentMonitor food and beverage orders produce daily sales and accounts receivable reportsPrepare operational reports, and keep records of purchases, requisitions, and liquor logsMonitor customer service feedback and develop standards of service that are shared with the catering teamAssist with menu pricing strategies for optimizing cost and controlDevelop and maintain positive client relationships

More about youMinimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in a hospitality environmentNo college degree requiredKnowledge of food preparation, inventory, and cost control measuresExcellent verbal communication and supervisory skillsAbility to analyze and make data-driven decisions

Physical requirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with constant bending and other repetitive motionsAbility to stand for extended periods of time including outdoors in all weather
