Located at the Academy Museum in Los Angeles, Fanny’s is more than just a restaurant—it’s a dynamic culinary destination celebrating the art of food, film, and hospitality. We're looking for a hands-on Catering Coordinator to join our team and help support our growing catering program both on-site and off-premise. In this role, you'll work directly with the catering and restaurant teams to coordinate logistics, support event execution, and ensure the seamless planning of private dining and off-site events. This position is deeply hands-on, requiring involvement across sales, operations, marketing, and client communication. You’ll be a key player in keeping everything organized, accurate, and client-ready. Key Responsibilities + Input and maintain all event data including inquiries, holds, and confirmed bookings + Create detailed function sheets, captain packets, signage, and buffet menus + Assist with walk-throughs, tastings, and on-site event coordination + Assemble and manage organized event files (orders, invoices, contracts, etc.) + Process COI requests, track deposits, and support monthly invoicing and reporting + Prepare proposals and staffing requests for upcoming events + Collaborate with marketing to promote events and support sales efforts + Research vendors and sourcing options as needed + Coordinate internal communications to ensure all departments are aligned + Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for the catering team + Provide outstanding service and communication to clients throughout their event journey + Additional duties as assigned to support the catering and restaurant teams Qualifications + Experience in catering, events, or hospitality operations (restaurants, hotels, or similar) + Skilled multitasker with sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with reserve systems a plus + Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!
