Hotel Website, Instagram, Facebook Overview As a Catering & Events Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the Catering & Events Team, Accounting, Banquets & Encore Audio Visual to assist with group billing. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of event operations, detail, organization, and show demonstrated success in juggling multiple projects, while meeting deadlines with group billing. They will be a self-starter with ability to manage billing with little to no assistance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Track & Bill Resort AV Service Charge. Communicate with Managers AV Service Charge estimates so they can be include in their group billing. Maintain Deposit Log & Track Upcoming/Incoming Deposits to communicate with C&E team. Daily review of all banquet checks to ensure accuracy. Track Direct Bill applications for groups and follow-up with Accounting on status and additional deposit needs. Assisting with Group Bill accuracy and billing needs as requested. Review all contracts turned from Sales to Events to confirm accuracy in meeting space contracted versus Delphi, deposit accuracy, fees & service charge accuracy & Hilton Honors clause. Attend Monthly Credit Meeting and report back to the team anything needed attention. Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years’ hospitality experience preferred.
