Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Moody Field Club on Moody AFB. Guaranteed 20 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. Must be physically able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Responsible for all arrangements for catering activities (i.e. banquets, parties, receptions, luncheons and other special activities) requiring food and beverages service catered by the club. Draws up party contract and obtains member's signature. Provides catering service for member's functions held outside the club as authorized by policy, regulations and guidelines. Plans special membership affairs, menus, seating charts and table assignments. Supervises wait staff and custodial workers; responsible for complete work force management. Overseas club operations in the absence of the manager. Performs other related duties as assigned.
