We are hiring for a Category Marketing Manager: Forage & Inoculants to join our team.

Main tasks:

Understand the market needs and define a product concept guidelineBe responsible of the Inoculants portfolio managementUnderstand the Product Characteristics and Performance across different environments, crops and forage qualityTrain sales force, distributors, customers and other stakeholders on forages quality and animal nutrition topics, through training sessions and direct visit to farmersDevelop and follow new innovative internal projects or in collaboration with external partners focus on forage quality, nutrition efficiency, digital breeding and livestock sustainabilityManagement of data coming from the lab for preparing reports and presentation on nutrition topicsProvide marketing/technical advice and guidance (training-information, presentations, public speeches), to the sales force and different other audienceProvide internal and external technical support in the development and application of products and resolution of problems in animal nutritionAnalyze, interpret and share data and results with Sales & Marketing teamsCollaborate with Marketing and Sales Manager to the commercial campaignBe the local focal point for the EU Category Product Manager

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

Master's Degree in Agronomy or Science of Animal ProductionsPrevious experience preferred with an agricultural Company or University in conceiving, coordinating, executing, summarizing and reporting resultsGood experience in animal nutrition –knowledge in diets, forages quality and livestock management. Skill in evaluating data with statistical approach.Demonstrated ability to assimilate large amounts of technical information and to condense it into useable and understandable form.Good level of PC and new digital tools skills and ability in developing new competencies on different softwaresGood communication skillGood coaching and training capabilitiesAbility to work in teamAbility to network with external stakeholders (technical/academic, etc)Good English speaking and writing skills and ability to communicate appropriately with diverse audiences (technical skills)Willingness to travel extensively across Italy
