Work Responsibilities:
Own development and execution of modular planning process
Use JDA Prospace software to assist in developing Walmart modulars
Analyze Walmart modulars and provide recommendations to improve efficiency/effectiveness
Identify consumer and market opportunities
Analyze Walmart business using multiple data sources such as Scintilla, Retail Link, proprietary research data, etc.
Develop analysis and solutions that improve product distribution, promotion, pricing, and help grow Walmart’s business
Prepare clear and concise business reviews that deliver executable insights to Walmart
Participate in buyer meetings that include Modular Relay planning, Consumer insights sharing, and Strategic Business Reviews
Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
3-5 years of Walmart Category Management experience required
Advanced analytic skills required
Advanced-level Pro Space JDA
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including skills with reporting software and business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel)
