At Danfoss Power Solutions, we’re on the lookout for a_ **_Category Manager_** _to take charge of our various commodities including machined parts, turned parts, forgings, cast aluminum and iron components and fasteners._ _This role involves managing a budget of €15-30 million EUR. You’ll join a global team and play a vital role in shaping our supplier base, especially as we expand our footprint in fast-growing regions. You’ll collaborate across business units and functions to create long-term value while ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and technology readiness._ **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Develop and implement supplier strategies in alignment with relevant stakeholders + Achieve savings through value-based negotiations + Negotiate, implement and execute contracts with suppliers and support contractual disputes + Improve company cash flow by negotiating payment term extension + Coordinate Annual Business Review meetings with key suppliers + Support the development of local supplier base + Understand varying Danfoss’ business needs and manage stakeholders’ expectations + Manage escalated supplier topics including performance, capacity and risk management + Ensure supplier compliance with contracts, standards, and certifications. + 20% Travel may be expected **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
