Your Role at Delta Faucet

Brizo® is the upper-premium brand within Delta Faucet Company, offering thoughtfully crafted kitchen and bath products that combine fashion-forward design with innovative performance.

As the Brizo Category Manager, you will own and drive the long-term product strategy for all key categories within the Brizo portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering compelling, design-led solutions that support brand growth, category leadership, and customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Brizo category roadmap – Lead the strategy, planning, and execution across the full product lifecycle.Drive category growth through the development of differentiated, design-forward products that align with brand positioning and meet evolving customer needs.Lead cross-functional teams across Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure timely and successful product launches.Utilize market and trend insights to identify growth opportunities in existing and adjacent categories.Partner with Brand and Channel teams to ensure product stories are compelling and resonate with both aspirational consumers and the design community.Manage category-level P&L – including revenue growth, profitability targets, and pricing strategy, in alignment with business objectives.Lead demand planning and forecasting for assigned categories, working closely with Supply Chain and Finance to support inventory and service level goals.Monitor and manage product financials, including category-level sales performance, margin targets, and pricing strategies.Act as a category ambassador—internally and externally—representing the product vision with clarity, conviction, and a consumer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, luxury products, or design-led brandsExperience managing and developing a teamStrong understanding of product development processes and go-to-market executionWorking knowledge of manufacturing and operations managementSolid experience with P&L management, financial acumen, and forecasting best practicesDemonstrated success working cross-functionally and influencing without authorityPassion for design, aesthetics, and innovationStrategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and communication skillsAbility to manage complexity and balance long-term vision with short-term execution
