Join our team as Category Leader!

Your Role:

Develop and execute category strategies, such as: Payroll, Recruitment, Marketing , Fleet Car Management, Corporate Credit Card ProgramsLead sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and category risks.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.

 

Your Background:

Proven experience in procurement or category management, ideally within professional services.Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, supplier relationship management, and negotiation strategies.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to manage multiple categories and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.Experience with procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is a plus.
