Category Leader - Machinery & Equipment 

Your role:

Develop and drive effective Machinery and Equipment procurement that is reflective of organizational goals.

Build trust with and manage stakeholders, work with cross functional organization in the delivery of strategic M&E sourcing.

Monitor the supply markets and adapt the sourcing strategy.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to advance value add of Indirect sourcing organization.

Monitor and manage budgets to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

Negotiate complex commercial agreements while ensure compliance to corporate governance requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance ensuring adherence to business activities and timelines.

Your Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Masters preferred) with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.

In-depth, demonstrable, knowledge of Machinery markets, preferably working within procurement for the manufacturing sector across an extended global footprint.
