**About the role**
As a Category Finance Analyst you are responsible for financial analysis related to Cost of Goods Sold, Marketing Spendings & Commercial Fixed Costs. This role involves evaluating and analyzing data to understand and improve the overall cost base of the company, ultimately contributing to financial performance and strategic decision-making.
**Your responsibilities**
•Analyze various cost components that make up COGS, MKTG spending & Commercial Fixed Costs.
•Being a business partner to stakeholders from Marketing team & budget holders in charge of their respective budgets.
•Evaluate the financial impact of cost changes and identifying areas for improvement, including proposing productivity actions to reduce them.
•Develop forecasts and budgets related to overall cost base and participating in the overall budgeting process.
•Investigate variances between actual and planned costs, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
•Utilize financial systems and tools to extract and analyze data, then presenting findings in reports and presentations.
•Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cost management and efficiency.
**The experience we're looking for**
•University Degree in finance is a must / Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
•2-3 years working experience as Commercial Finance Analyst.
