The **Category Controller, Service & Solution Innovation** is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the Category Leader, ensuring alignment of financial strategies with Hospital Patient Monitoring’s (HPM’s) goals. The role collaborates with executive management and business unit leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability. In addition, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and lead to the development of advanced financial models to evaluate strategic options, as well as monitor financial performance, advise senior leadership on risks and opportunities, and ensure rigorous analysis supports all investment decisions. **Your role:** + Provides strategic financial leadership and partners with Category Leadership and executive management to align financial strategies with HPM’s goals, ensuring finance is a key driver of business success. Provides expert insights to guide strategic decisions, including market expansions, product launches, and acquisitions. + Lead operational excellence and performance management in the oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business units. Also, monitor key financial metrics, identifies trends, and collaborates with senior leaders to implement corrective actions that drive performance and meet financial targets. Provide insight into recurring revenue business models, including revenue streams, service margins, contract profitability, and portfolio performance by region. + Deliver governance, process improvement and stakeholder engagement by championing financial integrity and compliance, ensuring adherence to governance standards and regulatory requirements. Leads initiatives to enhance financial systems and tools, fosters continuous improvement, and builds strong cross-functional partnerships to integrate financial perspectives into major business decisions. **You are the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 8+ years of with Master's in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent. This experience would ideally be in **technology, IT services, or managed services** – multinational company preferred. + Your skills include financial modeling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, risk management, continuous improvement, strategy development, people management, investment planning, audit planning and scoping, corporate finance, budget management, commercial acumen, and stakeholder partnership. Strong understanding of **managed service business models** , including subscription services and recurring revenue structures. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.     In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
