Our story officially began back in 2008, when the team at Cotton On Group saw a chance to take their apparel know-how one step further, helping Cotton On Womenswear and Cotton On Body customers complete their look, head to toe. The team put their fashion-cred and footwear addiction to work, to create a complementary range of shoes and accessories and opened stores dedicated to just that.

This is your chance to shape the next era of must-have accessories as our Jewelry Buyer for Rubi. We’re looking for someone with great taste, sharp commercial instincts, and a real passion for creating products that our customers love.

As our Buyer, you’ll own the jewelry category, partnering closely with our Trend and Production teams to turn big ideas into bestsellers. From seasonal must-haves to everyday pieces, you’ll drive product strategies that feel fresh, align with our brand DNA, and hit all the right notes with our customers.

As a team leader, you’ll coach with care, make smart calls backed by data and intuition, and constantly chase growth. You’ll play a key role in product reviews, category planning, and making sure our products look great, meet quality standards, and land at the right price.
