You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and the ability to effectively liaise with suppliers and customers, including Myer and David Jones on a regular basis. Based at our Head Office in Sydney CBD, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Prepare line lists, retailer buy sheets and merchandise plans for customer range showings + Populate SAP upload sheet with style attributes including pricing and sizing + Liaise with external customers, shipping, customer service and provide information on cancellations, changes and deliveries + Manage incoming samples for all markets + Prepare sample range for market showings **About You** + Demonstrated category/buyers assistant experience within a wholesale environment, preferably with an international brand working across multiple categories + Prior experience working with off-shore suppliers + Advanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite + Must have Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS + Knowledge and experience with SAP ideal + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy entering data + Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues. + Organised, detail-oriented collaborative team player. **About the Company** PVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
