Housed within the Department of Medicine Center for Research on Health Care, CONVERGE is a multidisciplinary, collaborative research center focused on advancing sexual and reproductive health equity through innovative research, policy analysis, and community partnerships. CONVERGE was recently awarded funding for a new initiative, PA Catalyst. This new initiative focuses on improving sexual and reproductive health care access in Pennsylvania. This project brings together a multidisciplinary team to address barriers, promote equity, and advance innovative solutions for sexual and reproductive health across the state. Candidates should have completed a bachelor's degree.

The research coordinator will assist with all day-to-day operations of the project, including conducting or supporting data collection, transcription, coding, environmental scans, and administrative tasks.

Conducts research assessments on study participants. Assists with and adheres to Institutional Review Board (IRB) renewal, modification, and approved protocols. Assists with training staff. Ensures adherence to protocols and corrects issues with data collection.

Requires the ability to visualize a computer screen, to work with computer hardware and software, to communicate verbally and in writing, and to use a phone. The candidate must have strong working knowledge of English.
