Pay starting is $21.70/hr. shift.

Work Schedule 

This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Additionally, this role requires A minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as needed. (First shift Monday-Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm). Must have the flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts. (Work is indoors, Primary production floor is wet, Secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate). 

Job Purpose 

The Catalyst Clerk Lead will provide shift leadership for catalyst clerks and SAP production operators, and work with OQ and other departments to complete quality traceability data. Also, complete and provide daily reports to department and production supervisors, area managers, finance department, etc.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities 

Reconcile SAP process orders and SAP transactions daily.

Compile and report daily yield data to own and other departments, identify and report issues with SAP daily transactions and SAP yield percentages.

Process daily SAP transactions and system monitorship.

Maintain department LT daily standard work duties and general line tech duties/reports including monthly BOS, start of shift inspections, shift manning, etc.

Provide technical support in maintaining SAP equipment in production areas, open IT support tickets, and report plant site technical issues to correct designees in a timely manner.

Complete monthly and other general training with department employees.

Provide timely reports of SAP, quality other issues as noted through SAP monitorship and production paperwork reviews.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

​​High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.

Able to multitask frequently and effectively

Sound decision-making skills

Able to identify/initiate/lead projects

Able to complete root cause analysis and provide accurate feedback/actions/results based on analysis findings.

Knowledge of and ability to use email and other electronic communication

Excellent organizational/time management skills

SAP/ Matrics AS 400/ Product Track knowledge

Computer literate       

       

​Must wear following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): (bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant safety shoes, hair net, ear plugs).​
