Job Description Conducting research and development of new and improved process transforming for manufacturing Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with dangerous chemical Developing method for separating components for gases and liquid Designing and planning equipment layout including man flow, waste flow, packaging material flow, raw material Flow, finish good flow, and ergonomic design Conducting tests and monitoring the process improvement Troubleshoot problem-related manufacturing process Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environment and safety Estimating production cost Improve manufacturing process by analysis and action plan to develop improvement Support control effectively of document Developing process to improve manufacturing through simulation Developing configuring and optimizing industrial process manufacturing Assessing the process of taking measurements and interpreting data Designing running testing and upgrading the system manufacturing process Performance risk assessment Being a bridge between RnD and manufacturing operations related to the business-making process Communication with all stakeholder related to process improvement Responsible for delivering KPI MBO (oee, cost VIC ZBB, yield, and MUV) through process improvement Responsible for improving skills, processes, and knowledge for production employees by providing training according to need. Responsible for the implementation of International standards for all improvements in the plant area.

Flexibility to adjust to shifts to work with employees from all shifts as required.
