Make your mark in our Claims Team How you will create an impact : + Handle and provides claim services to clients locally and internationally. + Properly handle client’s expectation as well as maintain service level agreement and Best Practices. + Investigate and make technical Casualty claim decisions under regulatory environment and given + claim authorities. + Be supportive and align with underwriters and other business functions for optimal outcome and + performance. + Manage and analyze claim portfolios in accordance with company policy and guidelines What you’ll need to succeed + Bachelor’s degree of laws or related fields. + At least some experience in Casualty claims or third party liability claims with fair technical skills + Good command of English and Microsoft Office + Strong articulate communication with high responsibilities and service mind + Well manage in tight schedules, working under pressure, and client’s expectation.
