The position of Front-Line Manager is crucial to the ongoing success of our Western Casualty Claims, as well as Aviva as an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of a team of casualty and/or litigation adjusters, who provide exceptional service to our brokers and insured clients.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a unique mix of technical and customer service skills. You will be accountable for the leadership of a team of front-line people and the improvement in their performance for the delivery of the business unit outcomes, strategy, and goals.

What you'll bring

5 + Years claims experience in casualty with experience in CGL claims

CIP designation

Previous Guidewire exposure an asset

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a collaborative, team-focused mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker

Strategic problem solver with solid time management and independent work skills

Positive, adaptable, and motivated with a growth-oriented attitude

Solid understanding of insurance operations and MS Office proficiency
