We are currently recruiting for a Casualty Claims Adjustment to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements. The successful candidate will evaluate claims through loss investigation and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships. The base salary for this position is between $45,000 - $70,000 annually. Additional incentive compensation such as bonuses/commission. Total compensation will be based on prior experience, and qualifications.

Minimum 3 years of technical experience in handling casualty claims and ideally liability work including bodily injuryPost-Secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an assetIndependent Adjusting Lisence is requiredCIP Designation or working towards is requiredExperience in road adjusting including the investigation and detailed reporting of multi-line claimsStrong computer and reporting skills including Office 365A team player with outstanding customer service skillsInvestigation, collection, and analysis of claims informationAccurate recording, reporting and presentation of filesExamines policies and settles claims while maintaining claims costs and abiding by provincial licensing regulationsMaintenance of accurate billing, and time and expense recordsWork with managers to maintain client relations
