The role of the Artisan has two specific roles. The requirements are:
For customer service duties:
Customer Service - provide prompt, efficient and friendly serviceCorrectly use the POS machineCash handlingOrganise the display presentation areaCleanliness of service areaFor Kitchen Hand duties:
Preparing and cooking ingredients including lifting rice cookers/spinners.Making hand rolls, Inari & NigiriClean and maintain equipment, utensils etc.Cleaning benches/shelving/walls/ceiling etc.If you have previous experience in Sushi making in a commercial environment and can meet the physical demands of the position in fast paced retail outlet apply now!
