Flexible Shifts: A minimum of 30 shifts are required to be worked each year, or 36 hours are required to be worked within 6 weeks

8 North (8N) at UPMC Montefiore is a 17-bed medical-surgical unit providing care to a broad patient population, including those with respiratory, cardiac, and infectious conditions. Nurses collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, and care managers during daily rounds, ensuring seamless, patient-centered care. The unit’s fast-paced environment and supportive team culture make it a great fit for nurses seeking to grow their clinical skills and make a meaningful impact.
