Job Description

We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Kitchen Attendants to join our busy kitchen team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in supporting food service operations, and wants to be part of a friendly hospitality team in the Hunter Valley.

What you’ll do:

Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen dutiesMaintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areasWash dishes, utensils, and ensure correct stock rotationSupport chefs and kitchen team during service timesFollow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience an advantage but not essentialStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work across a roster including weekends and public holidaysPositive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
