Main Responsibilities
You will welcome and assist guests when they arrive for their dining experience at The Wallace in a friendly and professional way ·
To answer the phone with a polite and professional manner, taking bookings and answering queries in a timely manner · This is also a very hands on role and you will also assist the team in peak periods of the day, support with clearing and turning tables around may be required.
