To excel in this role, you'll need to:
Ensure familiarisation of menu and any special requirements before service Ensure items of stock are set out and presented in a tidy and neat manner Minor food prep as required Check outlet for cleanliness Greeting and service of customers Serving and removing of food plates Setting and or wiping down of food tables Supply of coffee to high standard Upselling when opportunities present Cleaning and tiding of associated areas Other duties as directed by supervisor/managerFollow correct handling procedures
Enter accurate amounts, Correct change counted
Count reconciliation of float at end of shift, explain any discrepancies
QUALIFICATIONS
Food Handlers Certificate (highly regarded but not essential)
EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a cafeteria / Fast food / Café / restaurant environment
Experience in a function's environment (ideal but not essential)
