Licensed Capacity: 75 places
Casual Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

About the Role

Busy Bees at Glenroy is looking for flexible and enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our supportive team. Our 75-place service offers a welcoming and inclusive environment where your energy and adaptability will make a real difference.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions

Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF

Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm

Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Experience working with children across various age groups

Current Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates

Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

Availability at short notice and willingness to support wherever needed
