**Casual AED Managed Service Representative – Make an Impact While You Learn and Grow** As part of our **AED Managed Services** team, you’ll be supporting the technology behind life-saving Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and making a difference from day one. This role is perfect for Biomedical, IT and Data Analytics graduates who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and driven to make an impact. **What You’ll Do** + **Be the voice of support:** Help customers get the most out of our AED program management platform— **LIFELINKcentral™** —by providing clear, timely communication and tech support. + **Own your tasks:** Manage Excel spreadsheets and online customer accounts—handling data entry, updates, and troubleshooting problems that arise with AEDs within our digital platforms. + **Collaborate and coordinate:** Work closely with distributors and cross-functional teams to ensure customers get what they need—fast. + **Stay mission-ready:** Help ensure AED configurations meet customer specs so they’re prepared when every second counts. + **Drive improvement:** Share feedback and insights to help us continually improve how we serve our customers. **Who You Are** + **Hungry to learn:** You’re still in university (or recently finished), and you’re eager to build real-world skills at a company that’s known for developing talent. + **Digitally confident:** You’re comfortable using digital platforms and tools.
