We are currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives to join our Wax department on the night shift (10pm-6am).

The wax cell operator will work on high quality wax patterns used in the investment casting process. This role requires good attention to details, precise hand work and the ability to follow precise instructions. The operator must be able to handle fragile wax pattern with care detecting subtle defects and working safely using sharp tools and hot equipment and material.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finish wax patterns to precise standards as per instructionsRead, interpret, and strictly follow detailed work instructions Inspect wax patterns for defectsUse precision tools to handle and repair wax patternsEnsure proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to patternMaintain a fast-paced workflow to meet production targets while upholding quality standardRecord production data and report issues or deviations to the shift leader promptlyAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
