Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Casino Host to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Casino Host you'll be integral to our exciting gaming operation, developing and implementing new promotions, building successful connections with our guests, managing special events, and much more. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $45,800 - $59,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Network with known players to identify and contact high value guests by phone, email, and in-person interactionsEstablish and maintain relationships with assigned guests, keep players informed of events, activities, programs, and benefits as a VIP casino guestMake outgoing phone calls to generate trips, booking accommodations, special events, hotels, restaurant reservations, and other amenitiesCreate and manage special events including player parties, marketing promotions, and other activities to reward and recognize new and loyal existing playersSurvey players to determine their needs, share feedback with leadership for continuous program improvement

More about youAt least 21 years of ageNo college degree requiredAt least two years' experience in a customer service or sales position1 year as Casino Host or similar preferredAble to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseKnowledgeable of various games, their rules, and can speak to them comfortably
