Job Purpose or Objective(s): As an EMT, you will respond to emergency calls to provide immediate, high-quality medical attention to the critically ill or injured, conduct medical assessments, and provide on-property treatment as a service to our guests and employees. Arrange transport to the hospital if needed while providing quality care until transporting unit arrives. You will report to the EMT Manager or Security Manager on-duty.

Primary Tasks:
You will conduct a primary medical and trauma assessment with re-evaluations, evaluating multiple patients, call for outside agency transport, and treat all emergencies within protocols, operating guidelines, and scope of practice for Choctaw Casino EMTs.Bandage wounds, splint fractures, and control hemorrhages.Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).Use an automated external defibrillator (AED).You will assist patients with taking prescribed medications and perform any lifesaving interventions.Use diagnostic equipment such as a manual aneroid sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, pulse oximeter, BVM, glucometer, thermometer, and other diagnostic equipment.Administer emergency drugs such as Naloxone, Epinephrine auto-injectors (adult and pediatric), aspirin, Albuterol Sulfate, Ipratropium Bromide, Oxygen, and any medications within protocols approved by medical direction.Prepare well-documented medical reports.Maintain and disinfect all equipment after use, including the medical suite.Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.Job Requirements:
