We need a Cashier for immediate incorporation to work 30 hours per week.

\n\nPrevious Experience in retail.\nEnglish Fluently B2 or C1 advantage.\nHigh customer orientation.\nTemporaly position, 3 months.\nOther Language: Arabic.\nTeam Player.\nInmediate incorporation.\n

 

What you can expect:

In the role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial successs.

\n\nParticipate in regular trainings to continuously develop. \nFollow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook).\nResponsible for inducting new team members to cash desk.\nBe familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets.\nFollow all provided action plans to improve productivity.\nSupporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management.\nBuild & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets  .\nDeliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers.\nEstablish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience.\nResponsible for CRM data gathering & quality management.\nSupport Store Management in transaction, complaint & return handling.\n
