As an Associate within Cash Operations team, you will manage and support cash management products such as Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS),  National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT), Cheques, and more. You will collaborate with vendors and banks, handle tax payments, and maintain risk and controls. This role offers you the chance to leverage your expertise in cash management, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the success of our rapidly expanding business in India.

Job responsibilities:

Manage and support cash management products like National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT), Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), Direct and Indirect Tax, Liquidity, Cheques, Clearing, National Automated Clearing House (NACH), Immediate Payment Service (IMPS), Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and related local regulations  Handle liquidity products, including deposits, current accounts, and local clearing Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with banks Oversee Cheque Truncation System (CTS) clearing and cash processes, including pickup and delivery Handle various tax payments, including direct and indirect taxes Maintain risk and controls, engaging in internal and external audits Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 11 years of experience in cash management related roles in banks Display core leadership attributes: strong planning/organization, motivation, problem solving/conflict resolution, analytical, team building, and interpersonal skills are essential Ability to understand end to end process flow, consider downstream impacts when making decisions Ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting and handling multiple deadline processes Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous activities simultaneously Results oriented, not satisfied with status quo, always looking to improve process, productivity, culture, and cost Strong product and process knowledge of cash management products Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage risk and controls effectively

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Master’s Degree or Master of Business Administration will be an advantage
