Cash Cycle Team Manager

What the day will look like + Leading teams responsible for management of internal controls, self-assessment, SOX 404, continuous improvement, finance systems administration and management. + Ensure successful deployment and administration of finance systems tools (account reconciliation, month end checklist, issue tracking and remediation) to finance center and supported countries + Provide expertise for continuous monitoring, assessment and improvement of key business processes and internal & SOX controls impacting the organization + Maintain and execute SOX programs for review including process documentation, walk-through documentation, risk control matrixes and evaluation of design effectiveness, testing work papers and evaluation of operating effectiveness + Identify key focus areas with respect to assessment of their related risks and controls, responsible for providing requirements and subject matter expertise from finance center standpoint, process design and expertise to ensure knowledge transfer and training + Produce, analyze and share metrics and reports that describe the productivity and quality of the team's work. + Ensure that processes are documented and that knowledge is captured, documented and shared within the team. + Co-ordinate any projects that impacts teams supervised, ensuring that projects deliver the required result. + Provide extensive support to the team, manage the team's workload, set goals, keep track of performance, hold development and performance conversations, promote a proactive and responsible culture, monitor the level of engagement and recognize colleagues for their contributions and accomplishments + Initiate and participate in recruitment processes to fill any team vacancies Skills and experience that will lead to success + + University degree/professional qualification in Finance or Accounting; + 3 to 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting or SSC/BPO industry; + Comprehensive knowledge of the finance tools and be able to clearly communicate technical system issues to stakeholders + Prior experience in project management; + Experience of working in international environment; + Prior experience in system administration; + At least 2 years of experience in managing a team in a fast changing environment; + Transition experience is desirable; + Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organization skills; + Fluent English is a must; + German language will be an asset + Ability to work independently and as part of a team; + Willing to learn and increase his/ her qualifications; + Knowledge of Workday, Trintech will be an asset; How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
