In this strategic role, you will serve as the go-to expert for cash application processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across entities and currencies. You will lead process improvements, resolve complex issues, and act as a key liaison between teams to optimize cash flow and support business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional to leverage deep expertise in a dynamic, multinational environment while guiding best practices and mentoring team members. **Job Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities · Act as the subject matter expert for the cash application process, providing guidance and support to the team. · Accurately apply incoming payments (ACH, wires, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts in SAP. · Resolve high-level or complex payment discrepancies and support reconciliation of unapplied cash. · Maintain robust documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. · Lead or contribute to projects focused on automation, digital tools, and continuous process improvement. · Support month-end activities and provide insights for accounts receivable reporting. · Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and standardizing procedures across regions. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we value a diverse and inclusive workplace that fosters creativity and innovation.
