Cash\nApplication Specialist

Primarily responsible for posting cash receipts to the correct invoice directly\nin SAP and Oracle and or using High Radius and Autobank auto application\nsystems. Good knowledge of accounting principles, including knowledge of ledger\ntransactions. Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills. Good\norganizational, written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal\nskills and the ability to team effectively with all levels of employees and\ninternal/external customers. Strong bias for actions and good work ethic.\nStrong data entry skills that are production orientated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding the remittance process of each customer, identify gaps and\nsuggest process improvements to drive
auto match hit rate with HRC and ERP systems.
• Drive proper remittance receipts with external customers
• Review and validate JIRA requests submitted by C2C meet\napplication requirements and post according.
• Day two cash – Run and review prior days cash UAC applications for\nremittances
• Drive auto and manual correspondences with customers for missing\nor out of balance remittances
• Manage the cash receipt and allocation process within HRC and\nmultiple manual ERP systems
• Review and research HRC exceptions to apply out of balance\nremittances
daily balancing of cash receipts against bank statement
• Customer account reconciliation
researching misapplied cash
• Identify and prepare intercompany trade transfers
• Internal external Auditing Requests
correcting rejected payments
• Pro-actively liaise with the Credit Analysts to ensure remittances\nare received
 • Apply JIRA Service Requests     YOU MUST\nHAVE

•\nBachelor’s degree – accounting, finance, or general business major preferred.
• 1+ year\nexperience in Accounting within AP / AR experience
• Word\n& Excel intermediate - advanced level
• Advanced\nEnglish Level
