Summary:

 

Performs Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts receivable transactions, and posts customer payments on a timely basis. Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports. Develops, directs, plans and evaluates accounts receivable policies and procedures, and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.

Produces reports, provides status updates and reconciliations of Unapplied paymentsPerforms routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progressionRequires a College or University degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others

Job Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance

Must have at least 1-2 year of working experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable

Experience working in a multinational company setting is an advantage

Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office, Word, and Excel 

Must have knowledge of accounting and related principles and standards, some experience in the use of accounting systems

Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills

Good to Excellent English communications skills
