Responsabilidades Responsible for the daily posting of customer’s payments to the company’s AR. Maintains company’s AR as it relates to cash applications, resolution of payment discrepancies, and reconciles AR to the general ledger. Accurate and timely processing of payments is essential. Post cash to customer accounts, reconciles payments, and documents payment discrepancies to ensure accuracy and provide prompt resolution. Performs write-off transactions of AR at set approval limits. Coordinates with Analysts on payments received, application of payments and payments received without remittance. Works closely with finance, accounting, customer service, and sales to resolve problems related to the customer payment. Conduct research and perform reconciliations on complex transactions Act as liaison between MSA and various third party vendors in terms of merchant and lockbox services and credit and collection teams. Review payment metrics and provide weekly and monthly status reports. Assists in month-end close, performing reconciliation to the general ledger Requisitos · Experience with ERP system such as SAP Experience with posting cash to customer accounts · 2-4 years of internal and external customer interfacing experience · Working knowledge of standard AR policies and procedures · Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel · Must be fluent in English
