We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-minded Cash Applications Specialist to support our finance operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely posting of incoming payments in SAP, including ACH, wire transfers, and lockbox checks. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn our processes, collaborate across teams, and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Post daily incoming payments in SAP by matching remittance information to invoices.Ensure postings reflect correct transaction dates, especially during month-end close.Use Excel spreadsheets to manage and assign daily cash posting tasks.Collaborate with team members to complete assigned postings and assist others as needed.Participate in training sessions and eventually manage own collections accounts.Support setup and training efforts related to HighRadius integration.Maintain flexibility and adaptability with varying customer payment formats and remittance methods.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.Ability to quickly learn and navigate SAP screens and processes.Experience with collections and accounts payable is a plus.Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist others.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting informal posting targets.Familiarity with Excel for task tracking and assignment.Excellent communication skills and flexibility in handling diverse customer payment scenarios.Prior SAP experience is not required and may not be beneficial for this role.Work Environment:This position operates in a fast-paced office environment, utilizing technologies such as SAP and Excel. Flexibility and adaptability are key, with informal posting targets and a team-oriented atmosphere. The role involves regular collaboration across teams and may require participation in training and integration efforts.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
