QuidelOrtho is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cash Application Specialist to join our growing EMEA Shared Services team in Prague!

What you'll be doing in your new role:

Performing customer cash application activities.

Participating in monthly close and ensure AR is accurately reported on a timely basis.

Preparing balance sheet and sub-ledger reconciliations; perform bank account reconciliations.

Supporting reporting, audit and compliance requirements incl. supporting documentation.

Performing cash forecast and other work-related duties as assigned.

Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

The individual:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred.

2+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance preferred.

Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, attention to details.

Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage across multiple organizations, processes and initiatives.

Experience working in a global Shared Service Center a plus.

Knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS Reporting Principles a plus.

Knowledge of SAP and JD Edwards a plus.

Experience working in a multicultural environment a plus.
