Cash Application Associate

We have a new opportunity for a Cash Application Associate to join our Credit Control team

The Credit Control team provides exceptional service across the UK, focusing on reducing debt and improving working capital.

We're looking for a motivated individual ready to make an impact in this newly created role as Cash Application Associate. You'll post and reconcile payments on behalf of our clients and apply the cash to customer accounts. You’ll also undertake reconciliations and make recommendations to improve processes.

Reporting to the Cash Application Specialist, you'll work closely with operational and finance teams. This role is broad, challenging, and rewarding, requiring ownership, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Key duties

Accurately post and reconcile clients’ payments

Apply incoming cash, cheques to customer accounts

Reconcile revenue accounts

Identifying and implementing process improvements

Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental & company goals

Ad hoc administration duties

The skills you will have when you apply:Data entry skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable preferred.

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Excellent organisation and time management skills.

Ability to analyse information quickly.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
