Case Manager Team Lead
Description We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager Team Lead to oversee and support a team of case managers in delivering compassionate and effective services to individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. This Contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring program compliance and fostering team collaboration. Based in Los Angeles, California, this role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a commitment to making a positive impact. Responsibilities: • Lead and provide guidance to case managers, ensuring they meet program objectives and deliver exceptional client care. • Oversee clinical and operational aspects of service delivery, including client intakes, assessments, and tailored service plans. • Ensure all case documentation is accurate, timely, and adheres to program regulations and reporting standards. • Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. • Monitor staff workloads, conduct regular case reviews, and support quality assurance initiatives. • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for case management personnel. • Assist in tracking program data, preparing reports, and contributing to program development and improvement. • Handle escalated or complex cases, providing direct intervention and support as needed. • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in social services, mental health, housing programs, or a related field. • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline (license or license-eligible preferred). • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a detail-oriented environment. • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices. • Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM systems, and ERP platforms. • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and budget management processes. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in cloud technologies and systems like IBM or similar platforms.
