ResponsibilitiesProvide supervision to assigned case managers, overseeing a team of a team of case managers.Coordinate all services to meet the ongoing needs of clients through case management.Manage day-to-day functions of the office.Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports for compliance with EEC regulations.Facilitate weekly team meetings.Develop policies and procedures.Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.Interact with agencies in the state of MA weekly in order to ensure proper referral entry.Expertise in healthcare and case management.Previous experience within management for a social care based company.Other duties as assigned. QualificationsMasters degree in human service or social science field.2-3 years working in a supervisory role.Previous experience working in a case management role.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
