Job Summary
You are Part Thinker - Part Motivator under minimal supervision, this position manages and oversees all activities involving the caregivers, outside agencies, families, clients, and circle of support in their assigned county location.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Provides assistance to the Program and Assistant Manager of the day-to-day operation.
+ Assists with performance evaluation and training
+ Evaluates the delivery and quality of service for the clients.
+ Identify and coordinates quality improvement activities
+ Reviews charts weekly ensure audit ready charts
+ Must maintain working knowledge of laws pertaining to Supported Living Services.
+ Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
+ Advocating, promoting, and meeting new client’s goals.
+ Maintains a prominent level of confidentiality.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
People Management experience
Conflict Resolution experience
1 year experience as a Case Manager or
2 years experience working with Mental Health or Intellectual Disabilities or
2 years of caregiver/direct care work experience with some leadership background
Knowledge/Skills: Organization, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient writing and grammar skills. Creative thinking.
